It's silly that the SETTINGS BUTTON does have a full time LINK so you can go to it from any screen.Scanning: I use all the Enhancement setting except RED EYE and AUTO ROTATION. It does have one issue, at least on my iMac when you open the FastPhoto software, frequently the first screen switches to the 2nd screen too fast to be able to click the "SETTINGS" button to change your settings. Once you do it's pretty easy to use the Organization system. You really have to take the time to figure out the Epson FastPhoto software. In the first 3 days I scanned 3,900 photos. I read everything I could find and took the leap.This thing is pretty amazing. It was a giant leap for me to buy this pretty expensive scanner given my history with Epson. I gave it away.I've been looking for a unit like this one for some time now as we have upwards of 6,000 old print photos in boxes where they can't be seen or enjoyed for decades. It jammed, pulled multiple photos at the same time. Some years ago I had one of their photo scanners they claimed would take a stack of photos but it never worked right. I've owned allot of Epson scanners, printers, All-in-Ones. We tried a few different things including some PowerShell commands to get to deeper diagnostics and finally it ended up working. Lots of luck trying to get Epson support to actually help or to be able to find anything on their web site that is of any help.I have changed my review to give it 3 stars because if you ever do get it to work then it works very well.I had already gotten a return authorization from Amazon when I finally managed to talk to a thinking human.
